Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at [Insert Support Email].

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For prepaid orders, Razorpay will process the refund. For COD (if enabled), refund will be via bank transfer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (wrong/defective product).
Return Shipping

If the product is defective/incorrect: 21s will cover return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size change), the customer bears return shipping.
