Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at [Insert Support Email].

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For prepaid orders, Razorpay will process the refund. For COD (if enabled), refund will be via bank transfer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (wrong/defective product).

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective/incorrect: 21s will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size change), the customer bears return shipping.
